1. Object
These terms regulate the sale of products between KODEICO and the user/customer through the online store https://www.kodeico.com.
2. Purchasing Process
The user must select the products, add them to the cart, provide shipping and billing details, and complete the payment. By clicking “Buy now” or similar, the user makes a binding offer to purchase. Acceptance of the offer occurs when we send the order confirmation email.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs will be calculated and clearly displayed before the purchase is finalized.
4. Payment Methods
We accept payments by credit/debit card (through a secure gateway like Stripe/PayPal) and PayPal.
5. Delivery
We will ship to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are estimates. KODEICO is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or by force majeure.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days. The withdrawal period begins the day you receive the product. The products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. As this is a personalized product created exclusively for the user and not reusable by another customer, returns will only be accepted if there is a misprint of the design or defects in the product’s material. Please check the sizes carefully, as returns will not be accepted for this reason.
7. Warranties
Our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under applicable law.
8. Errors
We reserve the right to correct any errors in prices or product descriptions. If an order is confirmed with a manifest and unmotivated error in the price, we reserve the right to cancel it, notifying you and refunding any amount paid.
